Bivocational Pastor Resources

What is a bivocational church?: Your church is considered a bivocational church in the sense that the pastor’s salary is not fully funded.

The TBC sponsors a Bivocational Retreat in February of each year. The cost is $225 per couple and includes room and food. The Association will pay $175 toward the senior pastor's fee to attend. The additional $50 should be paid to Bledsoe Baptist Association.
